Tyrian Residences has been awarded the Five-Star distinction for Spain’s Best Residential Development at the European Property Awards 2025, one of the most respected competitions in global real estate. The award confirms both Estepona’s growing importance among Europe’s leading destinations for architecture and wellness, and the exceptional quality of the project developed by Prestige Expo Group and Grupo BZH, with design by the internationally acclaimed studio Yodezeen and Arata Arquitectura.

The European Property Awards recognise outstanding achievement in architecture, design and development across more than sixty categories. Each project is evaluated by an independent expert panel of architects, designers and members of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), based on vision, innovation, construction quality and sustainability.

Tyrian Residences: A New Architectural Landmark in Estepona

Located directly on Estepona’s Mediterranean seafront, Tyrian Residences stands as a new architectural landmark for the Costa del Sol. Its sculptural façade draws inspiration from the rhythm of the sea and the warmth of Mediterranean light. Crafted in natural-toned GRC, the façade flows with soft curves that echo the surrounding landscape, merging structure and environment in a single gesture.

Comprising only forty homes, including apartments, penthouses and duplex penthouses, Tyrian introduces the concept of villas in the sky: the privacy and scale of a villa combined with the comfort and service of a managed residence. Layouts range from 300 to 1,060 square metres, with cantilevered terraces extending up to five metres to frame uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and, on clear days, the African coast. All homes enjoy dual outlooks towards the sea and the Sierra Bermeja mountains.

Designed in accordance with the WELL Building Standard™, the building is currently undergoing pre-certification for the Silver category. Developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the WELL Standard evaluates how buildings can actively improve health and wellbeing by measuring air and water quality, light, sound, materials, movement and community connection.

The Silver category represents a significant commitment to occupant wellness, requiring measurable performance across ten evidence-based criteria. Achieving it demonstrates that Tyrian has been designed and will be operated to support physical and emotional wellbeing at every level. With this focus, Tyrian makes Estepona the first city on the Costa del Sol to adopt wellness as a fundamental value in contemporary residential design.

Safety is built discreetly into the architecture. Tyrian incorporates dual access controls, number-plate recognition, smart entry, laser perimeters and CCTV monitoring, all coordinated through a central system.
